Berry Rose Float

Serves 2

 

1 1/2 cups Pellegrino or sparkling water

2 teaspoons rose syrup (mymoune brand preferred)

1 scoop strawberry ice cream

raspberries and blackberries to garnish

 

In a tall tumbler, mix in Pellegrino and rose syrup. Add in raspberries and blackberries and top with a scoop of strawberry ice cream.
