Kinfolk Magazine Dinner at The Green Building
At the end of February, The Jewels of New York will be preparing a rustic, family style feast for the Kinfolk Magazine dinner series in Brooklyn. We're excited to be working with Saipua, Mast Brothers, Honey Ridge Farms, and Type A Press, among many other talented artisans and local businesses. Cooking Workshop: A Taste of France!
Treat yourself or someone special this holiday season to our Spring cooking workshop in the South of France.
We will be exploring the culinary treasures of the Dordogne countryside while staying in a charmingly renovated walnut mill. The workshop takes place April 13th-19th and will be a total of 5 days class/6 nights.

Lillet Summer Cocktail Event
Tuesday, June 22, Lillet, Brooklyn Based, and nine fabulous female chefs, food artisans, vendors and mixologists are teaming up to celebrate this summer's limited edition label of Lillet.
Tickets are $30 and include 4 small bites with 4 special Lillet cocktails, plus a sweet to take home.


ICFF Design Week 2010: Areaware
During this years ICFF Design Week, Areaware celebrated their 5th anniversary and asked us to do something sweet to celebrate the occasion. We made homemade marshmallows dipped in chocolate and graham crackers. Topped with candied ginger, hazelnut and torched on the spot these s'mores were as fun to make as they were to eat!


Demo Class: Sunday Suppers
We were excited to collaborate with Sunday Suppers as guest chefs. We cooked and demonstrated a special winter menu that would be as easy to make as it would be to eat!

Earth Day
For a recent Earth Day event at Thistle & Clover we were asked to whip up some goodies to celebrate this special day. We created miniature topiary chocolate cupcakes and distributed a variety of rare heirloom seeds to promote gardening and seasonal eating.
