<p>2 tablespoons matcha powder</p>
<p>1 tablespoon hot water</p>
<p>1 1/2 teaspoons gelatin</p>
<p>2 1/4 cup heavy cream</p>
<p>1/2 cup sugar</p>
<p>In a medium saucepan, dissolve the matcha powder in hot water. Sprinkle over the gelatin and let it sit for 1 minute to soften.</p>
<p>Add cream, sugar and a pinch of salt. Heat gently over low heat, stirring, until the gelatin has dissolved completely.</p>
<p>Pour mixture into 4 small teacups, cover with plastic wrap and chill until set, about 4 hours.</p>]]></content></entry></feed>
