2 medium peaches
Olive oil for brushing
1/4 cup crumbled farmers cheese
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon chopped and toasted pecans
Cut each peach into eight wedges. Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium high heat. Lightly brush the grill pan and peach wedges with oil. Grill peaches until nicely browned, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer peaches into bowls. Scatter with farmers cheese, drizzle with honey and finish with pecans.
