Raspberry-Rosewater Pistachio Milkshake
Serves 2
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons rosewater
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 cup chopped pistachios, plus more for garnish
1/2 cup raspberries, plus more for garnish
whipped cream, for garnish
dried rose petals, for garnish
In a blender, combine ice cream, milk, rosewater, cardamom, pistachios, raspberries and blend until mixture is smooth and frothy. Serve in glasses and finish with whipped cream, rose petals, pistachios. Top with a raspberry.
