During hot summer days, I enjoy having icy granitas as light refreshing dessert after a big meal. It's a simple frozen dessert to make and you don't need any special equipment, just a pan and a fork! Peaches are at their sweetest this season and combining rosewater gives the granita a lovely floral note. This sophisticated icy treat will keep you from wilting in the summer heat.
