We are happy to share a new set of summer recipes for Lonny Magazine. After our July 4th weekend full of BBQ's and heavy foods, we'd like to share a light chicken salad to keep that summer figure for the upcoming months.
In our salad we poach the chicken as a healthier alternative to prepare the meat. Plums give the dish a sweet tartness and farro adds a nutty flavor. We hope you find this delicious and satisfying as we do!
