Hot dogs are a staple during bbq season, especially on the 4th of July. Skip the usual ketchup and mustard this year, and try our Hawaiian and BLT versions. The Hawaiian dog is topped with sweet and tangy pineapple salsa, make sure to scoop up any leftovers with tortilla chips.
Our other favorite way to cook hot dogs it to wrap them in bacon before grilling. The key is to secure the bacon with a toothpick before placing on the grill. The results are crispy, smokey and delicious. We've added a helping of lettuce, tomatoes and drizzle of green goddess sauce for an extra zip. Wishing you all a fireworks filled 4th of July!
