Yay! This is the final day of our 3 day cleanse. If you're a peanut butter and jelly fiend like me, you'll love our PB+J smoothie for breakfast. For lunch, enjoy a crisp green bean tahini salad topped with protein rich chickpeas and a hard boiled egg to keep you energized through the day.
To simplify the meal planning, we like to cook all our beets at the same time. As a snack, blend one beet with the leftover garbanzo beans to make a delicious magenta colored hummus. For dinner, saute the beet greens along with the segments to make a satisfying dinner salad. We hope you enjoyed the cleanse as much as we did and look forward to approaching 2015 with a healthy mind and body.
