Easter is approaching this Sunday, and there's nothing like celebrating spring with a brunch get together. A great low key approach to hosting is to throw a potluck and have guests bring their favorite dishes. Today, we're sharing a sweet treat that pairs perfectly with a steaming cup of coffee.
We've given a tropical twist to our favorite classic sticky buns recipe with the addition of guava caramel and coconut. To throw in a dose of healthy, we've swapped in some whole wheat flour and replaced butter with coconut oil, making this vegan friendly. The result is a sweet, sticky bun with a tart guava filling. The finishing touch is a drizzle of coconut glaze and toasted flakes.
