Valentine's Day

Surprise your sweetheart with fish wrapped in parchment hearts for Valentine’s Day. Fresh fish is the key to this simple dish, served with a side of nutty wild rice and crisp greens.

For dessert, keep it light and romantic with a berry rose spritzer topped with a scoop of strawberry ice cream.

We swung by our favorite neighborhood flower shop Saipua, where Sarah created a lovely arrangement for our meal.
