White Asparagus Bruschetta
Spring is here! On our recent trip to the farmers market we could feel the change of the season in the air. Vibrant colors and new varieties of produce have begun to fill the market place once again.
A light lunch inspired by spring blooms combines rustic bread with sweet, crisp flavors of white asparagus and creamy ricotta.
