Ladies Luncheon

We were invited by Karen Mordechai to teach a cooking class in her wonderful loft alongside flower geniuses Sarah Ryhanen and Nicolette Camille. Abundant summer produce like heirloom tomatoes, zucchini blossoms, corn and berries add lots of flavor and color to this bright and refreshing menu. A perfect way to celebrate summer on a sunny afternoon.

Spring Gardening

Tucked into the corner of a sleepy street in Brooklyn Heights is our wonderful community garden. It provides a place for us to experiment and grow veggies as well as a chance to connect with other food and nature loving people in the neighborhood.

Spring is full of amazing little treats, such as baby beets and wild greens. Young vegetables tend to be sweeter and more flavorful than full grown varieties. A fresh handpicked salad and a light pasta are a great way to fuel up after a long day of gardening.
